New technical support scheme puts RoofWright users in control RoofWright, the benchmark conservatory design software, has completely revamped the way technical support issues are dealt with, allowing the customer to save money while still receiving the support they need. Unlike other conservatory design systems, which can charge up to £1 per minute on a premium rate phone line to deal with technical problems, RoofWright users can now choose from four flexible support packages based on their needs. Those who don't want to make use of the RoofWright helpdesk can simply opt for the Update Only package, priced at £100 + VAT, which offers up to three software updates per year, so that the software you use always has the latest features. For people who only want help in the event of an emergency, the Basic Support package offers software updates and five telephone support incidents for just £150 + VAT. For busier clients, or those involved in more complex installations, the Professional Support package boasts software updates and unlimited telephone support for £300 + VAT. Finally, for companies in which RoofWright is a critical element of their business and require a more demanding level of support, the Premium Support package offers software updates, unlimited telephone support and – in a first for the conservatory software industry – interactive online support, where a RoofWright technician is able to run live demonstrations and solutions on the problem PC via the internet for an annual fee of £1000 + VAT. For companies with more than one copy of RoofWright, support packages can be combined at a discount so that every employee using the software can make use of the support they need without worrying about lengthy premium rate phone calls.
